Faitth Brooks is a seasoned nonprofit leader, racial literacy educator, and speaker with over 15 years of experience in dialogue facilitation and community building. She has successfully managed diverse teams, developed revenue-generating initiatives, and led efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion. As the Director of Strategy and Community at Common Ground USA, Faitth creates innovative strategies for community engagement and conflict transformation, expanding peacebuilding networks through impactful storytelling and events. 

Her career is dedicated to addressing conflict, fostering community, and promoting social justice through education, advocacy, and strategic leadership. Faitth holds a Master's in Social Work and a certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, showcasing her commitment to social justice and transformative leadership.
