Jack Ryan Ruotolo is the Learning and Development Manager at BridgeUSA, where his extensive experience and commitment to improving dialogue and addressing toxic affective polarization shape programs for young adults in academia and early careers. Jack’s journey in the bridging space started in high school with the founding of a free discourse and debate club, setting the stage for his lifelong dedication to open dialogue. This passion carried over to his college years, where he established and led the University of Pittsburgh's BridgeUSA chapter to receive the first annual Chapter of the Year award in 2022. Joining BridgeUSA's national team first as a Chapter Development Consultant in 2023 and then in a full-time capacity in 2024, Jack has significantly influenced university chapters nationwide. An honors graduate in Politics and Philosophy, Jack is driven by a deep-seated commitment to inclusivity and open discourse.
