Program Alumni

The Foundation began offering global leadership programs in 2018. Today, we run three flagship programs: Scholars, Voyagers, and Leaders. Upon completion of their programs, all of these participants become part of the Obama Leadership Network (OLN).

OLN connects alumni to each other to increase their individual and collective impact and help one another sustain themselves as lifelong values-based leaders - because it's not just what you do but also how you lead that matters. All values-based leaders face great challenges but can find great strength in knowing they are not alone and in working together. The Foundation supports OLN through a variety of activities to foster connection, continued development, community, and collaboration.

Today, the Obama Leadership Network has 1,873 changemakers in over 160 nations from 32 cohorts. These next-generation leaders work across all industries, sectors, and issue areas, yet are united in their common commitment to values-based leadership.
