Abel Dagnew works as a computer programmer on the technology team in the Office of the Prime Minister, where he works to develop and establish the technical infrastructure and programming network models. Once implemented, similar structures can be used to provide efficiency at other government offices that provide services to the citizens of Ethiopia. He also spearheads an effort to develop and install dashcams in vehicles to curb high motor vehicle accident rates. Abel actively engages in his community through the Rotaract Club.
