Katia Kuseke is the founder and chief executive officer of Fresh Afrika, a company dedicated to creating a virtuous and transparent food system from farm to fork in Africa. As the granddaughter of farmers with firsthand experience in rural areas, she intimately understands the challenges faced by farmers in Africa. Her passion for cuisine and commitment to a fairer world drive her mission to leverage technology for progress and sustainability. Through Fresh Afrika, she addresses food waste and empowers small farmers by providing them with access to markets, fair prices, and essential resources. Katia’s innovative approach to agricultural food systems, food waste management, and blockchain technology has contributed significantly to her success in establishing Fresh Afrika.
