Aimee Elise Keliʻi Barnes is the founder and chief executive officer of Hua Nani Partners, a Hawaiʻi-based company focused on seeding and scaling the next generation of equitable climate solutions through policy, strategy, and advisory services. Through Aimee’s leadership, Hua Nani Partners has helped governments implement innovative climate policies, advised philanthropies on investment sourcing, and built coalitions across geographies and sectors. Aimee also founded Powerwomen, a database of leading women in climate and energy, and Bright Spot Network, which supports parents facing cancer while raising young children. Aimee gains inspiration for her work from the natural world and her Native Hawaiian heritage. Aimee is working to advance inclusive climate and energy policy at local, national, and international levels.
