Artemio "Ricky" Hernandez is the deputy executive manager of the Guam International Airport Authority, where he directly manages all divisions to ensure the safe and secure operation of the island’s sole commercial airport, while striving to find the balance between economic and environmental sustainability. Of Chamoru descent, Ricky is inspired by his parents’ lifetime of public service and desire to always do what is right and what is good. Ricky’s public service includes serving as adjunct faculty at the University of Guam in accounting and public administration, treasurer for the GovGuam Retirement Fund Board of Trustees, and member of the Research Corporation of the University of Guam Board of Directors.
