Founder and Developer, The ASEAN Green Steel Fund Initiative

Christian Tran is the founder and developer of The ASEAN Green Steel Fund Initiative (AGSF), an organization that aims to decrease greenhouse gas emissions from both the agriculture and steel industries. In his role, Christian manages project portfolios and strategic partnerships. Previously, Christian contributed to the first fintech social startup in Vietnam that enables users to donate to a cause of their choice while shopping online - an initiative that raised more than USD $540,000. Inspired by his parents’ work in farming, Christian is passionate about improving conditions for agricultural workers by finding an innovative link between sustainability and agricultural practices across Southeast Asia.
