Tynna Mendoza is the director of programs at Enrich HK, Hong Kong’s leading nonprofit empowering migrant domestic workers through financial literacy and personal development programs. Born and raised in the Philippines, Tynna is the daughter of migrant workers and knows first-hand the complex challenges these communities face. At Enrich, Tynna leads programs that help migrant workers transform their lives and thrive while in Hong Kong, creating a successful future for them and their families. As the need for care services rapidly grows in Asia due to aging populations, Tynna aspires to scale services that help these communities in Hong Kong and across the region.
