Selvije Mustafi is a national grassroots organizer at Romano Avazi. The organization's goal is to foster an empowered Roma community that participates in the decision-making processes on local, regional, and national levels. Selvije is also a member of a transnational support team of the international Avaja movement, where she serves as a trainer, helping other Roma movements and grassroots organizations across Europe develop advocacy strategies. Selvije is especially passionate about empowering other young people in the Roma community.
