Gulsanna Mamediieva is the CEO of Digitality GovTech Center of Excellence, a Brussels-based nonprofit working to enhance digital transformation in the public sector. From 2019 to 2023, Gulsanna served as the Director General for European and NATO Integration at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, where she led strategic planning and integration efforts for Ukraine’s digital sector. She and her team developed and successfully implemented the strategy for Ukraine's integration into the Digital Single Market of the European Union. Gulsanna is proud to be an Indigenous Crimean Tatar and is committed to ensuring that their stories, struggles, and perspectives are heard on the international stage.
