Heta Fell is the director of social and community impact at Nike, focusing on increasing girls’ participation in sports. Under her leadership, Nike partnered with Spotify to create the Nike x Spotify Make Moves Fund, which awards $25,000 grants to ten organizations in the United Kingdom with innovative, girl-first proposals combining music and movement for mental well-being. Previously, she managed complex multi-stakeholder impact projects with brands such as Gucci, Meta, and Headspace. Heta is a proud second-generation immigrant to Britain, with Indian and Kenyan heritage. She finds joy in seeing more women who look like her rise into leadership positions. Outside of her professional work, Heta mentors young women from underrepresented backgrounds to grow their networks and follow their dreams.
