Nikita is the co-founder and CEO of Included VC, an organization dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals from diverse communities that are often overlooked or excluded by providing access, opportunity, and knowledge into the world of venture capital. Under her leadership, Included VC has attracted applicants from 150 nationalities and over 600 cities globally. The fully funded fellowship has a success rate of more than 80%, with fellows breaking into the global VC ecosystem across 25 countries. Previously, Nikita led Imperial College London’s entrepreneurship efforts, managing deep science ventures focused on innovative technologies in water, new materials, robotics, and energy. Nikita is passionate about blending entrepreneurship with science and innovation across various industries and supporting women in STEM.
