Devin Murphy is a partner at The Bridgespan Group’s New York office. Bridgespan is a nonprofit advisory services and leadership development firm that seeks to build a better world by strengthening the ability of mission-driven organizations and philanthropists to achieve breakthrough results in addressing society’s most important challenges. Since joining Bridgespan in 2008, Devin has focused on supporting nonprofits, philanthropies, and impact investors working to break intergenerational cycles of poverty and advance racial equity. He leads Bridgespan’s sourcing and diligence capability by advancing the organization’s goal of unlocking billions of dollars in new philanthropic funding toward equity-driven causes. In addition to his role as a social sector advisor, he is currently enrolled in the Philosophy, Art, and Critical Thought (PACT) doctoral program at the European Graduate School.
