Erwin Hesse is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Admissions Gambit, a college admissions and educational coaching company. Admissions Gambit selects a cohort of first-generation and low-income students for free college admissions guidance each year through their scholars program. Erwin leads the organization's work virtually with students across the U.S. while securing grants and partnerships to provide expertise to students in need. Erwin is passionate about the impact higher education can have on social mobility as he overcame significant odds as a first-generation American of low-income background.
