Greg Ericksen is the director of government partnerships and policy at REDF. REDF invests in businesses that reveal and reinforce the talent of people breaking through barriers to employment, called employment social enterprises. Greg leads the organization’s public-private partnerships and influences policy at the federal and state levels by promoting public investment in employment, social enterprises and increasing economic mobility for marginalized communities historically left out of the workforce. Greg is passionate about social impact and advancing equity to create a more inclusive economy that works for everyone.
