Brittany Giroux Lane is the director of solutions at Results for America. In her role, she helps policymakers at various levels of government surface and spread successful interventions to urgent challenges within their communities by bringing successful interventions to scale. Brittany is also the Board Co-President of People Powered, a global hub for participatory democracy. Previously, Brittany worked with Open Government Partnership where she focused on improving transparency, accountability, and civic participation. Her leadership of the Solutions Accelerator at Results for America has resulted in an approximate investment of $100 million by local governments to support evidence-based solutions for economic mobility.
